Wallet and top-ups
The wallet records its balance and top-up, debit, and refund transactions in a ledger. It can be topped up using payment methods offered for the transaction, including bank transfer with a receipt and PayPal when enabled. Uploading a receipt alone does not confirm a top-up; it must be reviewed before funds are added.
Payments
Depending on the order, payment may use wallet balance, bank transfer with a receipt, or PayPal. Do not send card details to the store through support forms; the payment provider handles its own payment data under its service terms.
Cancellation and refunds
When fulfillment fails in a case supported by the system, the order may be cancelled and the amount automatically returned to the wallet with a ledger entry. You can contact support about an order or payment; requests are reviewed against payment and fulfillment status. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund outside cases supported by the system or applicable law.
Prohibited use
Do not use the store to bypass payment or exploit a defect, submit delivery details you are not authorized to use, infringe another person’s rights or break the law, disrupt the service, or access another account or system without authorization.
Liability
We make reasonable efforts to operate the service and fulfill orders, but digital products may depend on external platforms and suppliers. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from outages and are not responsible for indirect harm arising from use that breaches these terms.
